i was chatting online with jianhe (kfsfnz's good friend). he was talking about how he met xiping a few days ago. so we started talking about sr scouts and guides and some other things. all of the sudden i feel like asking him about kfsfnz, like how is kfsfnz doing now.. hahas but i didn't. anyway today i attended a baking course at BITC. yes, ang baked her own cake. her own oreo cheesecake. i was grouped with mrs chong and vincent. after the baking is done, my cake was the first to be taken out and guess what? alot of them praise me for baking such a nice cake! hahas thank you thank you. but i tell them it may look nice on the outside but the inside... hahas must wait till i go home and try first then i will know. after that we took alot of photos. photos which i don't know when i will be able to get it. guess i will only be able to get those taken from sebastian and winnie's handphone. after letting the cake to cool down, i put it inside the box that BITC has given us and i wrote there 'OREO CHEESECAKE :) baked by hwee yee' when the shi fu (teacher) saw that, he laughed. so coincidentally, that shi fu name is also kai hahas. the first thing i reach home just now was to show off my cake. like what the hell!! nobody dares to try. aaron and syl question me about the process of baking and even ask me whether is it edible or not!!! in the end they still eat it and their remarks were so-so (not that bad for a first timer liao). baking cake is so fun!!
